Built in 1871, the Berkeley Church has been transformed into Toronto’s most original event venue. Nowhere else will you find such a beautiful blend of traditional ambiance and modern decor. Details such as the original 17-foot stained glass windows, hardwood floors and victorian inspired bar makes the Berkeley Church a stunning escape from the ordinary.

Fairy Twinkle Lights
We hang Fairy Twinkle Lights from the Mezzanine over the Grand Ballroom space, creating the perfect dinning and dancing space.

Highlight the columns or walls in the Grand Ballroom with LED Flat Par Uplights. The ideal number of Uplights to highlight the columns are 8 units, and 18 units to create an accent effect on the walls (walls with bar and stage are excluded). Lights can be set to any colour to match the theme of your event.

Portable Staging: Head Table Double Tier Seating Arrangement
Create a double tier head table seating arrangement by renting our Portable Stage Platforms to go on top of the existing stage platform. The ideal Portable Stage size to create this effect is 20ft wide by 8ft deep. Stage platform is set at 8 inches height with black or white stage skirting.

Delivery, Installation and Teardown of Rentals:
All deliveries are generally made between 9am to 2pm. We are quite familiar with this venue therefore we simply arrive and install the rentals as previously discussed with client.
Installation usually takes between 1 to 3 hours. Depending on the rental items to be installed. We typically arrive early in order to avoid heavy foot traffic in the space during installation. Otherwise we work safely and diligently around other vendors or venue staff.
Teardown usually takes place the following morning. However in the event that you have been notified by the venue that all rental items must be removed at the end of your event, we ask that you also notify us. Additional after-hours charges may apply for teardown taking place after your event.
