We hang Vintage String Lights in the Ballroom space creating the perfect ambience for you and your guests to wine and dine.

String Lights Installed on Wall Rental Toronto

We have also installed Vintage String Lights on the brick wall in the Ballroom to form a backdrop for the head table.

Delivery, Installation and Teardown of Rentals:

All deliveries are generally made between 9am to 2pm. We are quite familiar with this venue therefore we simply arrive and install the rentals as previously discussed with client.

Installation usually takes between 1 to 3 hours. Depending on the rental items to be installed. We typically arrive early in order to avoid heavy foot traffic in the space during installation. Otherwise we work safely and diligently around other vendors or venue staff.

Teardown usually takes place the following morning. However in the event that you have been notified by the venue that all rental items must be removed at the end of your event, we ask that you also notify us. Additional after-hours charges may apply for teardown taking place after your event.
