Site Inspection outside the GTA are charged and credited upon booking
Delivery & Pickup Charge is extra and based on location of event.
Installation is only of the Tent, Lighting & Dance floor. All other items are delivered under the tent and stacked neatly and picked up in the same manner.
Tent Sidewalls: French Window or Solid White on 3 Sides of the Tent only.
Tent Concrete Weights are charged separately and are only required if Tent is not going on grass where it is permissible to stake.
Chairs: Upgrade to a Dinning Chair for an additional $4.50 per guest.
Linen & Napkin Colours: White or Black only.
HST not included
Cost of Tent Building Permit (if any) is not included. Tents greater than 600sqft require a building permit in most municipalities.
40% non-refundable deposit required, balance due one week before installation
