1. Cookie Swap

Have every employee make a different kind of cookie, then each employee who brought cookies can take one of each from the other batches and leave with new cookies! Everyone wins!

2. Ugly Sweaters

The dress code for this year’s party? Ugly sweaters! Have employees dress up in their favourite ugly sweater and have a competition for whoever’s sweater is the ugliest!

3. Holiday Card or Gift Exchange

Have everyone bring in a card or gift and then draw numbers to see who gets which!

4. Decorate Your Space Contest

Have a contest and an allotted amount of time for employees to decorate their workspace. The winner gets a prize!

5. Potluck

Instead of a fancy dinner, have everyone in the office contribute by bringing in a food. Assign teams and have each team bring in a main dish, a hot side, cold side, and a dessert!

6. Themes

Use a fun theme for your holiday party this year! Something like a casino theme with tables set up, or a James Bond theme, or even a theme that requires guests to dress up as characters from their favourite Christmas movies would be a great way to get guests involved and spark conversation and excitement.
