The AGO will be open on Canada Day! Join us for a fun-filled, family-friendly Canada Day at the AGO, as we mark the opening of the Canadian exhibition The Idea of North: The Paintings of Lawren Harris! Enjoy activities such as button making and be sure to pick up a Harris Kids’ Activity Guide from the Ticket Desk to explore the new exhibition. Join in on a Canadian Collections Family Tour featuring the AGO’s permanent collection.

Highly anticipated each summer, this year’s event, taking place on Friday, July 1 from noon to 10 pm at Chinguacousy Park, will cover 80 acres and include midway rides, inflatable amusements, a fireworks show, live performances and much more! Kanata Summer Festival – Canada Day in Newmarket
